How do I send you my material?
We use Frame.io — the industry standard for video collaboration. When you start, we send you a project link. Upload directly, leave timestamps, track delivery. No email attachments, no Dropbox chaos.
What if I'm not happy with the edit?
We revise until you're satisfied. Publish-ready quality is guaranteed before we close a delivery. In month one we learn your style — by month two, revision rounds are rare.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. No contracts, no lock-ins, no cancellation fees. Cancel before your next billing cycle. Most clients stay — because once you're not editing, it's hard to go back.
What camera, mic, or setup do you work with?
Any setup. Professional rig or phone, studio mic or AirPods — we work with what you have. Send us the raw files and we handle everything else.

After your call, we set up your Frame.io workspace and do a brief style intake (10 minutes). First batch goes out. The first delivery usually takes an extra round to dial in — after that, it runs on autopilot.
