Privacy Policy
This policy explains what Tweak collects when you visit usetweak.com, why we collect it, and how to opt out. Questions go tohello@usetweak.com.
Who we are
Tweak provides subscription post-production services — video, audio, podcast, and videopodcast editing — to clients in the United States, Canada, and Australia. We are the controller of the information described below.
What we collect
Information you give us
If you submit the contact form we receive your name, email address, and message. If you book a call, that booking is handled by Google Calendar and you provide your name, email, and any details you choose to add.
Information collected automatically
Like most websites, we receive standard technical data — IP address, browser and device type, referring page, and the pages you view. Our analytics and advertising tools set cookies or similar identifiers to recognise return visits.
How we use it
- To reply to your enquiry and schedule your call.
- To deliver the services you sign up for.
- To understand which pages and campaigns bring people to the site.
- To measure and improve our advertising.
We do not sell your personal information.
Third parties
These services process data on our behalf:
- Google Calendar — appointment scheduling. Bookings are made on Google's infrastructure under Google's privacy policy.
- Frame.io (Adobe) — used with active clients to exchange footage and deliverables.
- Hostinger — website hosting and email delivery for contact form submissions.
Your choices
We honour the Global Privacy Control signal: if your browser or extension sends GPC, no analytics or advertising tags load at all. Most browsers also let you block or delete cookies, and the opt-out links above work independently of this site.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you by emailinghello@usetweak.com. We'll respond within the period required by the law that applies to you — 30 days under PIPEDA in Canada, 30 days under the Australian Privacy Act, and 45 days under the CCPA in California.
Retention
Contact form emails are kept for as long as needed to respond and for our business records. Analytics data is retained under the default retention window of each platform.
Security
The site is served over HTTPS and form submissions are rate-limited and filtered for spam. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Children
This site is for business customers and is not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect their information.
Changes
We'll update this page when our practices change and revise the date at the top.
